Transformative Reminiscence Training is an vidence-based training designed by Life Review Publishers' Executive Director and Research Psychologist, Dr. Deena Gayle Hitzke. Utilizing knowledge gained from  two high honors master’s degrees in Human Resources and Professional Counseling, and a Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership, Dr. Hitzke tailors Transformative Reminiscence Training (TRT) to each customer's unique set of needs and objectives, to support shifts in work culture, and to improve individual and team performance.
